Exam Fees

Before applying to take the Georgia real estate exam, you must pass a background check. This involves fingerprinting, which costs $38.25 if your prints aren’t already on file with the Georgia Crime Information Center (GCIC).

The Georgia Real Estate License Exam, consisting of 152 questions and divided into National and State portions, must be taken in person at a PSI testing location. The cost is $119 per attempt, and you must pass both portions with at least 72% or higher.
