Course Schedule

Our courses are offered 100% online and are available 24/7/365.  Students may enroll and complete the courses at their own pace and on their own schedule.

Course Expiration

Our pre-license and post-license SAE courses expire 6 months after the date of purchase.  A free 30 day extension will be provided to the student upon request.  If a student needs more time following the 30 day extension, they can purchase an additional 30 day extension for 20% of the current retail price of the course.  An extension less than 30 days may be granted if the course content expires within the 30 day extension period.  Extensions will not be granted beyond 12 months after the date of purchase.

Technical-System Requirements

Our courses are delivered through a proprietary Learning Management System (LMS). The LMS is accessible online through common internet browsers for both PCs and MACs.  Courses are designed to work on Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, and Safari. Courses are also designed to be compatible with iPad and Android tablets. An internet connection is required to access the courses.

Course Completion Requirements

You will be awarded a completion certificate once all the following requirements are met:

• Pay in full for coursework;
• Complete all coursework; and
• Pass final examination with a minimum score of 70%;

A student may retake an examination a maximum of one time within 90 days of the original examination.  Otherwise, the student must retake the coursework in order to be eligible to retake an examination.

Refund Policy

License Classroom is committed to student satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, License Classroom will refund the purchase price of any course if the refund request is submitted within 30 days of purchase, prior to course expiration, and the course is not more than 50% completed.

Regarding Exam Prep Edge, License Classroom will refund the purchase price of any Exam Prep Edge product if the refund request is submitted within 30 days of purchase and if the initial assessment has not been completed.

License Classroom does not offer price adjustments on previously purchased items.

Fitness Determination

A criminal history may make you ineligible to obtain the license you are seeking.  You may request a fitness determination evaluation from TREC at https://www.trec.texas.gov/forms/fitness-determination

Final Exams

All exams are closed book and closed note.  A student may take the exam twice.  Otherwise, they will need to retake the course.

Proctoring

All pre-license and post-license SAE course final exams must be proctored using our electronic proctor partner.  Additional fees may apply.
