Course Expiration

Our courses generally expire 12 months after the date of purchase. If the course is not completed within 12 months, students may be required to pay 50% of the current retail price to repurchase the course. In the event that a student has not completed a course within the 12 month period, and the course expires with a student’s licensing agency and cannot be renewed, License Classroom may elect to allow a student to purchase a course of equal or lesser value for 50% of the current retail price as an accommodation. However, License Classroom does not guaranty that a student shall receive any discount or refund for an expired course. License Classroom shall have no liability to a student who fails to complete a course within 12 months of purchase.

Technical-System Requirements

Our courses are delivered through a proprietary Learning Management System (LMS). The LMS is accessible online through common internet browsers for both PCs and MACs. Courses are designed to work on Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, and Safari. Courses are also designed to be compatible with iPad and Android tablets. An internet connection is required to access the courses.

Course Completion Requirements

You will be awarded a completion certificate once all the following requirements are met:

  • Pay in full for coursework;
  • Complete all coursework; and
  • Pass final examination (when required by the state real estate commission);

A student may retake an examination a maximum of one time within 90 days of the original examination. Otherwise, the student must retake the coursework in order to be eligible to retake an examination.

Completion of any course requires a student to sign a legally binding affidavit verifying their identity, and that the student completed the course in accordance with all applicable requirements. Students are advised that lying on the affidavit may invalidate their coursework, jeopardize their license, or result in civil and criminal penalties.

You will receive an electronic certificate of course completion immediately upon successful course completion. These certificates are stored in our system for a minimum of five years. All such certificates of course completion are contingent on student’s truthful execution of the affidavit upon course completion. License Classroom reserves the right to revoke a certificate of course completion in the event that it discovers any inaccuracy in the end of course affidavit.
