In the event that a student has not completed a course within the 12 month period, and the course expires with a student’s licensing agency and cannot be renewed, License Classroom may elect to allow a student to purchase a course of equal or lesser value for 50% of the current retail price as an accommodation. Course Completion Requirements

You will be awarded a completion certificate once all the following requirements are met:

  • Pay in full for coursework;
  • Complete all coursework; and
  • Pass final examination (when required by the state real estate commission);

A student may retake an examination a maximum of one time within 90 days of the original examination. Otherwise, the student must retake the coursework in order to be eligible to retake an examination.
