Course Details
Course Format: Our courses are completely online and self-paced. Our courses are a combination of text and interactive elements which consist of true/false matching, vocabulary matching, scenario-based learning and more. This format makes our courses both interesting and engaging.
Course Completions: Students must participate in each course for the specified number of credit hours. Students may not spend more than 12 hours per day on the course and a 30-hour qualifying course may not be started and completed in less than 3 days. Completing more than one qualifying course within the same 3 days is not permitted. Our online course delivery system manages these requirements for you.
Course Expiration: Expiration dates vary based on each course but are generally one year after your order date.
Final Exams: TREC requires students to pass the pre-license course final exams with a minimum score of 70%. If a student fails a second time, they must restart the course prior to being eligible to take the exam again.
Proctoring: TREC requires third party proctoring of pre-license course final exams. Our pre-license packages and individual courses include 100% online TREC approved proctoring at no additional cost. This allows you to take your final exams at your own convenience right from your computer, as long as you have an internet connection, webcam and microphone. Upon passing the exam, you will be asked to sign an affidavit verifying your identity.
Certificates: You will receive an electronic certificate of course completion upon successful course completion and submission of the sign affidavit.
