Course Details
Course Format: Our courses are completely online and self-paced. Our courses are a combination of text and interactive elements which consist of true/false matching, vocabulary matching, scenario-based learning and more. This format makes our courses both interesting and engaging.
Reporting: The Virginia DPOR requires course completions to be reported to PSI. We report course completions to PSI automatically on your behalf, typically within 1-2 business days.
Course Expiration: Expiration dates vary based on each course but are generally one year after your order date.
Final Exam: The Virginia DPOR requires license holders to pass the pre-license course final exam with a minimum score of 75%. The exam is not timed and consists of 120 multiple choice questions.
Proctoring: The Virginia DPOR requires third party proctoring of pre-license course final exams. We partnered with PSI to offer proctoring at a low cost of $25 per exam attempt. This proctoring solution is 100% online and can be utilized at your convenience.
Licensing Exam: The state licensing exam is separate from the course exam and should be taken once you successful complete your pre-license course. Â You can register for the state license exam through PSI here.
Certificates: You will receive an electronic certificate of course completion upon successful course completion and submission of the sign affidavit.
