Virginia Post-Licensing: Ethics and Standards of Conduct
Education Provider #0211001387 Course Approval #0214030396
The real estate market can be an uncertain place, and the actions of individual agents affect the stability and reputation of the industry as a whole. The National Association of REALTORS® established and maintains the Code of Ethics to set high standards of professionalism and service. In this course, you’ll review the Code of Ethics and how it applies to your daily activities, using ethical scenarios to determine the appropriate actions.
In this case, the NAR Code of Ethics is a teaching tool, and any provisions outside of the Virginia Real Estate Board’s laws and regulations do not apply to Real Estate Board licensees.
This course is up-to-date as of January 2022 to meet NAR Cycle 7 requirements, and will count toward Virginia’s post-licensing requirements. It was designed to meet the REALTOR® Code of Ethics Training Requirement, but you should confirm with your local association if they will accept this course.
