This four-hour online Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) course focuses on these key topics: The Canons of Professional Ethics and Conduct, TREC disclosures, considerations when representing Veterans, and TREC enforcement procedures. The course stresses the ethical and fiduciary duties that license holders owe their clients while emphasizing the legal limitations of a real estate license. License holders will also gain a deeper understand of how to best represent Veterans including a review of VA loans.
