TREC has approved two methods for proctoring real estate exams:

The pre-license and SAE course final exams are multiple-choice and occur at the end of each 30-hour course. You are not allowed to use any notes or resources and will have 2 hours to complete each proctored exam. There are typically 60 questions, and you’ll need a score of at least 70% to pass.
