Unfortunately, real estate agents are often thought of as untrustworthy in the U.S. Licensees can improve that reputation by embodying the high ethical standards set by the NAR Code of Ethics. This course, revised to meet NAR Cycle 7 requirements, equips you to navigate ethical dilemmas and foster consumer confidence by reviewing real-life scenarios. You’ll learn about the Code’s history, evolution, and structure, its impact on state licensing laws, and specific articles, including 1, 2, 3, 9, 12, 15, 16, and 17.
