New Jersey Real Estate License Renewal Requirements
The New Jersey Real Estate Commission (REC) requires licensed real estate brokers and salespersons to renew their license every two years on odd-numbered years. Â The deadline to complete Continuing Education is April 30th and the deadline to renew is June 30th.
If you are renewing your broker or salesperson license, NJREC requires you to complete 12 hours of Continuing Education (CE) courses. You are on the right page! Enroll in our 12 Hour Continuing Education (CE) course packages to fulfill the NJREC education requirement for your license renewal.

Reporting: The New Jersey Real Estate Commission (REC) requires course completions to be reported to PSI. Â We report course completions to PSI automatically on your behalf, typically within 1-2 business days.
Course Expiration: Expiration dates vary based on each course but are generally one year after your order date.
Certificates: You will receive an electronic certificate of course completion immediately upon successful course completion.
