TREC Legal Update I & II (2024-2025) Courses Now Available
The Texas real estate industry is constantly evolving and transforming with the times. The Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) monitors these industry changes and enacts rules and regulations to better protect consumers. License holders must stay informed of these updates to best perform their job. TREC requires all agents and brokers to take 4 hours of Legal Update I and 4 hours of Legal Update II every two years before their license renewal date. This helps ensure Texas real estate professionals are competent when performing their duties with clients.
In order to keep the Legal Update courses updated, TREC issues new mandated content every two years. We just received approval to offer the new 2024-2025 version of both Legal Update I & II. We put together an outline of the content below along with links to sign up for the courses.
