License Classroom is committed to student satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, License Classroom will refund the purchase price of any course if the refund request is submitted within 30 days of purchase, prior to course expiration, and the course is not more than 50% completed.

Regarding Exam Prep Edge, License Classroom will refund the purchase price of any Exam Prep Edge product if the refund request is submitted within 30 days of purchase and if the initial assessment has not been completed.

License Classroom does not offer price adjustments on previously purchased items.

Our courses are designed to be easy to use and quick to complete. Having your real estate education online and at your own pace will make completing your renewal effortless and simple.

TREC requires you to spend at least as much time in each course as the approved credit hours.

You are able to start your courses anytime, however you may only submit certificates within 90 days of expiration. A renewal notice is sent 90 days before your expiration date.

Submitting your continuing education documents at least 10 days before your renewal application ensures a smooth renewal process and avoids the $200 Deferral Fee.

If you are late to renew your license, TREC provides a six month grace period along with a late renewal fee. Renewing after the six month grace period will require reinstatement proceedings. Waiting more than two years after your license expiration will require you to reapply for a new license.

Yes. Both of our Texas CE packages contain all of the required coursework for your license renewal.

After completing each course, you will receive a certificate of completion. All Continuing Education course completions will be reported to TREC by us within 24-48 business hours.
