Our courses are designed to be easy to use and quick to complete. Having your real estate education online and at your own pace will make completing your renewal effortless and simple.

TREC requires you to spend at least as much time in each course as the approved credit hours.

You are able to take your CE courses anytime between your last license renewal date and your upcoming license expiration date.  We will report your course completion credits to TREC on your behalf. We typically report course credits to TREC within 1-2 business days of your completion, but processing times may vary.

Completing your courses at least 10 days before submitting your renewal application ensures a smooth renewal process and avoids the $200 TREC CE Deferral Fee.  

If you are late to renew your license, TREC offers a six month grace period. Renewing after the six month grace period will require reinstatement proceedings. Waiting more than two years after your license expiration will require you to reapply for a new license.

Yes. Both of our Texas CE packages contain all of the required coursework for your license renewal.

TREC requires course providers to report credits directly to TREC for all CE completions. All students taking our TREC CE courses will be asked to provide their license number upon course launch.

This update eliminates the need for licensed sales agents to send their course completion certificate(s) directly to TREC. We typically report course credits to TREC within 1-2 business days of your completion, but processing times may vary.
