We’re based out of beautiful Austin, Texas! We began as a start-up at the University of Texas at Austin in 2010 and have since evolved into one of the largest course providers in the real estate industry.

All of our courses are presented in a 100% online, self-paced PDF format.

Students have up to two attempts to pass the final exams with a 70% of higher passing score.

Yes! Our provider numbers (4591, 0238) with TREC will show us listed as, which is our partner who powers our platform.

First time license renewals require 98 hours of Salesperson Apprenticeship Education (SAE). Our 98 hour package contains everything you’ll need, including your required Legal Updates I & II (8 hours) and three 30 hour courses.

Second time or later license renewals require 18 hours of Continuing Education (CE). Our 18 hour package contains everything you’ll need, including your required Legal Updates I & II (8 hours).

We report CE certificates to TREC within one to two business days after completion; SAE certificates are self-reported by students. (Please note: TREC recommends completing courses 10 days prior to license expiration to allow ample time for processing).
